Khloé Kardashian's Dating Wish List Includes Plastic Surgery, Family Values and a Blunt Deal-Breaker

Khloé Kardashian has made acceptance of plastic surgery a must for her next partner, telling her sister she wants a man who will not judge her for doing what she has to do. The admission came in the 29 October episode of The Kardashians.
The 42-year-old and sister Kim Kardashian, 46, wrote a manifestation list for a future partner as homework set by her therapist. It became a frank look at trust and body image, and research links body image to decisions about cosmetic surgery.
Plastic Surgery and Self-Image
Khloé told Kim: 'Just be open to any beauty treatments, or don't judge me for doing what I gotta do.' Kim wrote down 'Must be okay with plastic surgery', and Khloé replied: 'Sure!'
Research offers some context on attitudes. A cross-sectional study of 1,249 adults in western Saudi Arabia found an overall acceptance rate of 54.2 per cent for cosmetic surgery, with acceptance linked to gender, age, marital status and occupational status.
The sample was 85 per cent female, with a limited number of male participants who had higher education. Women scored higher than men on acceptance, as did adults older than 30 compared with other age groups.
Notably, 62.2 per cent of participants had never undergone plastic surgery. The findings need replication to show whether attitudes are changing.
Decisions about cosmetic surgery are shaped by social networks and psychological traits such as body image and self-esteem.
Religious beliefs and concerns about health risks can influence attitudes towards cosmetic surgery. However, a 2016 Nigerian study of basic sciences students reported that very few participants had undergone cosmetic surgery or knew someone who had.
Family Values and Trust
Her list, born of therapy homework, was not only about appearance. Khloé asked for a man of God who is successful in his own right, joking: 'I'm no sugar mama.' She also needs someone honest who makes her feel safe.
She wants a partner who is her biggest supporter and cheerleader, and who loves her for how weird and silly she can be without trying to change her. Trust, she said, comes first.
Family ranks high as well. Khloé wants her friends and family to love him, and she and Kim agreed he should be a great role model who would love her children. They also wrote 'not a cheater [and] not a liar'.
Khloé shares daughter True Thompson, 8, and son Tatum Thompson, 4, with ex Tristan Thompson. She told an outlet in April 2025 that she feels 'very full and complete' with her two children and was not dating anyone.
Khloé also does not think she needs calm in a partner because she is not really calm herself. The only 'heavy baggage' she would allow is designer.
A Blunt Deal-Breaker
There is one physical trait she refuses to overlook, declaring: 'He can't have a micro p***s.' The candour stood out in a list that otherwise focused on character, family and trust.
A small 2001 study asked 50 sexually active female undergraduate students whether penis width or length mattered more to their sexual satisfaction. Of the participants, 45 said width was more important, a statistically significant finding.
The authors said the results seem to contradict Masters and Johnson, who concluded that size has no true physiological effect on female sexual satisfaction. Their studies showed the vagina adapts to the size involved, which they called a 'potential space'.
Khloé said she does not think she is closed off to love, although she was not looking at the moment. She imagines that someone great will come into her life one day and that she will feel safe.
