Tucker Carlson Claims Bestiality Videos Can Make Horses 'Attractive', Raising Sexual Desensitisation Concerns

A clip circulating online and attributed to Tucker Carlson appears to show him suggesting that repeated exposure to pornography and bestiality videos can influence what people find sexually arousing.
A post on X by @MaxNordau, embedded below, appears to show Carlson saying: 'If you look at prnography enough or bstiality videos all day: after a while, like, it's kind of an attractive horse, I get it. I'm not into it personally, but it's not crazy.'
The post states that the exchange came from the 27 October 2025 edition of The Tucker Carlson Show, in conversation with Nick Fuentes, but gives no timestamp. No response from Carlson or his team was found.

Carlson and Fuentes' Pornography Discussion
The episode was a wide-ranging interview of more than two hours, in which Fuentes traced his political journey and the two men discussed pornography among other subjects. The transcript supplied for this report did not contain the line, so it may come from a portion not covered by that document.
The transcript does include a passage on pornography and young men. Fuentes argued that anyone using it several times a day for years will 'eventually' get bored and 'want to move on to something more extreme'.
He likened the process to drug tolerance, with users forever chasing the first hit. Carlson said he had long suspected it was a problem after young male employees raised it with him, and admitted he had been 'too embarrassed' to make a programme on the subject.
Laura Loomer's Controversial Reaction
Laura Loomer reacted to a circulating clip of Tucker Carlson discussing bestiality pornography, claiming that he appeared to understand how some people could find sexual activity involving animals appealing.
Loomer also speculated that Carlson had either already converted to Islam or would eventually do so, but offered no evidence to support the claim about his religious beliefs.
Tucker Qatarlson is now openly talking about how he understands how some people could watch b*stiality p*rnography and how they can find having sex with animals to be appealing.

What Research Says About Arousal and Habits
The broader idea, that arousal can be shaped by what a person watches, draws mixed evidence.
An article by Stephanie Trendell, published by the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) on 17 June 2025, describes 1960s experiments in which men shown an image of boots followed by nude images became aroused by the boots alone.
A 1970s study reportedly produced a similar effect with shapes. The piece argues that pornography can reshape a person's 'sexual arousal template'.
The article also cites a survey of 630 participants that it interprets as linking earlier exposure to pornography with a greater likelihood of viewing what it describes as 'deviant' material. The findings should be interpreted cautiously, particularly given that NCOSE is an advocacy organisation.
A report prepared for the UK Government Equalities Office in February 2020 and published in January 2021 was more cautious. Researchers interviewed 20 frontline workers, 15 of whom raised pornography unprompted as an influence on harmful sexual behaviour towards women.
Several described clients becoming desensitised and seeking more extreme content. The authors noted that the clients were not typical of the general population, that the subject is hard to study experimentally, and that pornography was one factor among many.
Can Pornography Desensitise Sexual Responses?
Repeated exposure to pornography has raised concerns among researchers and frontline professionals about sexual desensitisation, a process in which responses to sexual material may change over time.
A report prepared for the UK Government Equalities Office, published in January 2021, found that some of 20 frontline workers interviewed described clients becoming desensitised and seeking more extreme content. However, the study did not establish a causal link, and the findings do not prove that exposure to bestiality videos causes sexual attraction to animals.
