A New York psychologist has come forward with allegations that could raise further questions about Donald Trump's past conduct, claiming she was sexually exploited by the president beginning when she was just eight years old.

Dr. Larissa Portnoff, who says she has spent decades trying to move beyond her childhood experiences, released a video detailing what she describes as years of targeting, unwanted approaches and intimidation involving Trump and people within his circle.

Portnoff Says Alleged Abuse Began When She Was 8

In the approximately five-minute recording shared on social media on 2 November, Portnoff identified herself publicly and explained why she wanted people to hear her account.

She also described an alleged attempt to approach her again in September 2025, despite her claims that the earlier experiences had already caused lasting harm.

Portnoff said the alleged sexual exploitation began when she was approximately eight years old and became worse around the time she turned 10.

According to her account, the alleged targeting continued between the ages of 10 and 12 before eventually stopping. She further claimed that she was targeted again when she was 16 and 17.

'I was one of the child victims of Donald Trump beginning when I was around eight years old,' she said in the video.

The psychologist said she had initially believed she had escaped what she described as a 'pedophile ring'. However, she alleged that inappropriate and exploitative interactions continued after she became an adult, involving Trump and members of his inner circle.

'Donald Trump very specifically targeted me, repeatedly and in very sexually exploitative ways,' Portnoff claimed.

She did not provide a detailed account of the alleged incidents in the recording, but said she believed the conduct was deliberate.

She Claims Trump Tried To Approach Her Again in 2025

Portnoff's allegations also extend to 11 September 2025, when she claimed Trump invited her to attend a New York Yankees game.

She described the invitation as another attempt to sexually exploit her, questioning why such an approach would take place on a date associated with remembrance for the victims of the 11 September terrorist attacks.

She further alleged that Trump subsequently invited her to meet in a private room at the Waldorf Astoria hotel and requested that she sit separately from members of the media.

Portnoff also claimed that someone acting as a political fixer had contacted her on Trump's behalf over the preceding year. She interpreted the alleged contact as a possible attempt at witness intimidation.

The psychologist said she had been informed that her home address had been located and that her name had supposedly been cleared with the White House.

She also raised concerns about her previously sealed records under the name Jane Doe, alleging that someone had accessed information that should have remained protected.

'Clearly my sealed records, as Jane Doe, you have accessed somehow. And that is criminal. It's corrupt,' she said.

These claims have not been independently established.

Psychologist Claims Death Threats and Evidence Interference

Beyond her allegations of childhood abuse, Portnoff described what she characterised as a prolonged campaign of intimidation involving Trump and people close to him.

She claimed there had been attempts to destroy evidence following her reports, along with threats against her and alleged attempts on her life.

Portnoff said she had contacted a Senate office and was following up on her reports. She also claimed the Senate Judiciary Committee had recommended her reports to attorneys general for further investigation.

However, she did not identify the officials involved or provide supporting documentation in the video.

The psychologist also alleged that people connected to Trump had approached her friends at social gatherings in the Hamptons.Describing the situation as something that extended beyond party politics, she said: 'What this is, is organised crime.'

She added that the alleged conduct involved powerful individuals and potentially intersected with national security matters.

Portnoff acknowledged that she was now in her thirties and said the alleged experiences had affected her life for approximately three decades.

'If you think you're going to intimidate me, Donald Trump, it's not going to work,' she declared.

Portnoff Asks Survivors To Come Forward and Share Her Account

The psychologist ended her video by asking people with information about her allegations to contact her office.

She provided the email address, saying communications received through the practice would remain confidential and HIPAA-protected unless individuals gave permission otherwise.

Portnoff called on Trump to seek forgiveness and step down from the presidency to allow a proper investigation into the allegations without further delay or interference.

'I request for Donald J. Trump to seek forgiveness, and to begin by stepping down at this point, as President of the United States so a proper investigation into these allegations occurs without further delay and interference,' she wrote.

She also urged Republicans and Democrats to work together, arguing that the allegations should not be treated simply as another political dispute.

Portnoff's accusations remain allegations and have not been independently verified. Trump had not publicly addressed her specific claims in the reports available at the time of writing.

Medical Daily reached out to Dr Portnoff for comment but did not receive a response in time for publication.
